GolfVectorLab aims to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA across its pages and interactive engines, because a golf decision tool that only works for some visitors is not doing its job.
How this is built in
Every page uses semantic HTML landmarks and heading structure so screen-reader and keyboard users can navigate directly to the content they need, including a skip-to-content link on every page. Interactive controls are reachable and operable by keyboard alone, with a visible focus state that meets contrast requirements. Color is never the only signal used to convey a result, a state, or an error.
Where an engine produces a visual explanation, such as a distance map or a comparison chart, that visual always ships with a text or table equivalent that carries the same information, so the underlying result is available whether or not the visual itself is usable to you.
Text and interface colors are checked against WCAG AA contrast ratios, and the site's layout is built to remain usable at increased browser zoom and on small mobile screens without loss of function.
If something does not work for you
If you find a page or engine on GolfVectorLab that does not work well with a screen reader, keyboard navigation, or another assistive technology, report it through the contact page with the page and the issue, and it will be reviewed.
