Your golf data stays on your device

There is no GolfVectorLab account, login, or server-side database of player information. Values you type into an engine, such as a Handicap Index, club distances, or course details, are used only to compute that engine's result in your browser. If you choose to save any of that information for reuse across engines, it is written to your browser's own local storage on your device. GolfVectorLab does not receive, transmit, or store a copy of it on any server.

A value you enter on one engine that other engines also use, such as your Handicap Index or your bag's club carries, is saved automatically so you do not have to retype it: enter it once, and it appears prefilled the next time a different engine asks for the same value. Editing it on any engine updates it everywhere else it appears. There is no separate "manage your data" page; every saved value is just a normal, editable field on whichever engine you're using.

You can export everything saved in this browser as a JSON file, import a previously exported file, or clear everything at once, using the controls below. Clearing your browser's site data for GolfVectorLab, or using a private browsing window, also removes it completely.

Analytics

GolfVectorLab uses aggregate, non-advertising analytics to understand which pages and engines are useful. Analytics events record actions such as an engine calculation completing, a print or export action, or a link to another engine, identified only by an engine name, never by the values you entered. Profile values, scenario inputs, course details, or any result you personally generated are never sent to analytics.

In the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, analytics storage defaults to denied and no analytics cookie is set, with no separate consent banner used as a workaround. Outside those regions, ordinary non-advertising analytics may run. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, GolfVectorLab honors it by disabling analytics storage regardless of region. GolfVectorLab does not use advertising cookies, remarketing audiences, or ad personalization signals anywhere.

Hosting

The site is served as static files through a content delivery network. The hosting provider may log routine technical request data, such as an IP address and requested path, for security and reliability purposes, in line with its own operating practices. GolfVectorLab does not separately access or repurpose that infrastructure logging.
